Privacy Policy

Scope. This policy applies specifically to No-Red Budget: Money Planner, a product of Nored Ventures LLC, including the Web/PWA at budget.noredventures.com and the No-Red Budget Android app distributed through Google Play. Other Nored Ventures products have separate product practices and do not automatically receive access to No-Red Budget data.

Local-first budget data

In the current version, budget entries, income, expenses, bills, reminders, household labels, settings, imported rows, notes, fuel estimates, planning values, and backup/export content are stored locally on the user's device or browser. Supported budget files are processed locally. Nored Ventures does not operate a cloud budget-sync database for these records and does not request bank credentials or connect to bank accounts.

No No-Red account required

The current No-Red Budget: Money Planner does not require users to create a No-Red account for budgeting. Because no No-Red budget account is created, there is no app account to delete. Users can delete locally stored app data by using available reset/delete controls, clearing the site's/app's storage, or uninstalling the app, subject to device backup behavior. Export a backup first if you want to keep your records.

State planning profiles and device location

The current No-Red Budget Web/PWA and Google Play Android release use manual state selection for gas-price and cost-of-living planning profiles. No-Red Budget does not request or use device GPS/precise-location coordinates for this feature, and the Web/PWA does not transmit GPS coordinates to a reverse-geocoding provider. Users may change the selected state and planning estimates manually at any time.

For direct Web/PWA checkout eligibility, Netlify may derive an approximate country code from the internet request. This is separate from device GPS/location access and is used to determine whether direct Web/PWA checkout is currently available.

Web/PWA checkout and paid-access verification

Direct Web/PWA checkout is currently limited to customers located in the United States who provide a U.S. billing address. Netlify may derive an approximate country code from the internet request before checkout. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under Stripe's own privacy practices. Nored Ventures does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

To issue, restore, and recheck Web/PWA access, Nored Ventures may process limited checkout and license information, including checkout email, Stripe Session/PaymentIntent/Charge identifiers, product marker, amount, currency, billing-country code, payment/refund/dispute status, verification dates, and hashed lookup keys. Limited access records may be stored with Netlify Blobs. These records do not contain local budget entries.

Google Play and Android

The current Google Play Android release does not include the Stripe Web/PWA checkout and does not request Android location or Internet permission. Users of that release select their state manually. Google Play and Android may separately process app-download, device, account, purchase, security, diagnostic, or backup information according to Google's own terms, settings, and privacy practices. Nored Ventures does not control Google Play's platform processing. If Android device backup is enabled, supported local app data may be backed up by Android/Google according to the user's device and account settings.

Support communications

If a user contacts support, Nored Ventures may receive the information the user chooses to provide, such as an email address, screenshots, device/browser information, purchase details, or troubleshooting information. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers and external links

Current service providers may include Netlify for Web/PWA hosting, Functions, request processing, approximate country eligibility checks, and limited paid-access records; Stripe for direct Web/PWA payment processing; and Google/Google Play for Android distribution and platform services. Clearly labeled affiliate links may open third-party websites that operate under their own privacy policies. See the Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Notices.

Sale, advertising, and cross-product access

Nored Ventures does not sell No-Red Budget: Money Planner budget entries. The current release does not intentionally include third-party behavioral advertising or an advertising profile built from budget entries. No-Red Budget data is not automatically made available to RouteXR, Nored Route, RouteXD, or another Nored Ventures product merely because the products share the same company owner or service provider.

Retention, security, and deletion requests

Local budget data remains under the user's device/browser controls. Payment, access, support, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations. Nored Ventures uses reasonable safeguards for information it controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Children and policy changes

No-Red Budget: Money Planner is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated when product, platform, legal, or data practices change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
