Privacy-first approach: Nored Ventures builds products intended to limit unnecessary data collection. No-Red Budget App is designed as a local-first budget planner with no bank login, no No-Red budget account, and no cloud sync in the current version.

Who we are

Nored Ventures operates this website and publishes product information, support pages, privacy disclosures, terms, and affiliate disclosures for Nored Ventures products and projects.

No-Red Budget App local data

No-Red Budget App may process budget items, income, bills, expenses, imported rows, categories, income types, priority labels, notes, profile labels, selected month, settings, themes, gas planning estimates, paid status, and generated budget targets. In the current standalone local version, that information is stored locally on the device/browser where the app is used.

Files and imports

CSV, TSV, TXT, JSON, OFX, and QFX files may be parsed in the app on the device. The app stores approved rows and import-review rows locally. Original files are not uploaded to a Nored Ventures server by the current local version.

No bank login, cloud sync, or No-Red budget account

No-Red Budget App does not ask for bank credentials, does not connect to bank accounts, does not require a No-Red budget app user account, and does not sync budget data to Nored Ventures cloud servers in the current version. Paid Web/PWA access may require payment processing and access verification, but this does not give Nored Ventures access to the user's budget entries.

Payments and Web/PWA access

Paid Web/PWA access may be processed through Stripe, app stores, or another payment processor. Nored Ventures does not collect or store full credit card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process information such as email address, payment method details, billing details, tax/location information, transaction amount, payment status, and fraud-prevention information according to their own privacy policies.

Nored Ventures may use limited payment information, such as payment confirmation, customer email address, purchase status, transaction records, license/access records, refund status, and support records, to confirm access, provide receipts, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and manage refunds or disputes.

Purchasing Web/PWA access does not require a No-Red Budget App budget account, bank login, or cloud budget sync. Budget entries remain stored locally on the device/browser in the current local-first version.

License and access verification

If No-Red Budget App uses license keys, access codes, payment confirmation links, or manual access instructions, Nored Ventures may process limited access-verification information to confirm that a purchase is valid. This may include a license code, purchase email, payment status, activation status, and support records. This information is used to provide access, prevent abuse, and assist with support.

Android device backup

No-Red Budget App does not send your budget entries to Nored Ventures servers. If Android device backup is enabled on your phone, Android/Google may back up app data as part of your device backup settings. Android backup is controlled by your device and Google account settings, not by a Nored Ventures account. You can manage Android backup in your device settings.

Location

Location is optional. The app only requests device location when the user taps Use my location. Location may be used to estimate a state/location profile for gas and cost-of-living planning. Users can deny location access and choose a state or location profile manually. This app does not use location for advertising or account profiling in the current version.

Backups, exports, downloads, and reset

Users can export backups, transaction CSV files, and budget downloads. Exported files are controlled by the user and may contain financial information. Users should store backup files carefully. The Reset app data control clears locally stored app data on the current device after confirmation. No-Red Budget App cannot recover data after a reset unless the user has separately exported and saved a backup.

Affiliate and third-party links

Nored Ventures websites, product pages, apps, or resource screens may include affiliate links or third-party partner links. If a user taps an affiliate or third-party link, the user's browser may open an outside website. That third party or affiliate network may collect information according to its own privacy policy. Nored Ventures may receive a commission from qualifying actions through affiliate links.

Data sharing and sale

Nored Ventures does not sell No-Red Budget App budget entries. In the current local-only version, No-Red Budget App does not transmit budget data to Nored Ventures servers for cloud processing. Payment processors, app stores, affiliate networks, and support providers may process limited information needed to complete purchases, provide access, comply with tax/payment rules, or support users. If a future product version adds accounts, analytics, ads, crash reporting, cloud backup, cloud sync, or other online services, this policy and app-store disclosures should be updated before release.

Security limits

Local storage depends on the security of the user's device, browser, operating system, screen lock, backups, and file handling. Users should keep devices updated, use a secure lock screen, and protect exported backup files.

Children

No-Red Budget App is intended for general personal finance planning and is not directed to children. It should not be used by children to submit personal or financial information.

Nored Ventures products are organization, planning, workflow, or informational tools only. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, lending, credit-repair, debt-settlement, insurance, investment, code-compliance, or professional inspection advice.
