These Terms apply specifically to No-Red Budget: Money Planner, a product of Nored Ventures LLC. By using the app, you agree to use it as a budgeting and planning tool and to verify information before making financial decisions.

Local-first operation

The current version stores budget data locally on the device/browser and does not require a bank login, No-Red budget account, or Nored Ventures cloud budget sync. Users are responsible for device security and backups. Clearing storage, uninstalling the app, changing devices, private browsing, or device loss may remove local records.

Separate purchase channels

Purchases or access obtained through Google Play are governed by the applicable Google Play terms, billing, refund, and account rules. Direct Web/PWA checkout through budget.noredventures.com is a separate purchase channel and may use Stripe and Netlify for payment and access verification. A Web/PWA purchase does not create a cloud budget account or automatically create rights in another Nored Ventures product.

Direct Web/PWA checkout

Direct Web/PWA checkout is currently offered only to customers located in the United States who provide a U.S. billing address. The expected product, price, currency, payment status, and billing country may be verified before access is issued. An ineligible authorization may be canceled rather than captured, although a temporary pending authorization may remain until the financial institution releases it.

Refunds and access

Direct Web/PWA refund requests are handled through Nored Ventures support and/or Stripe, subject to payment-provider and card-network rules. App-store purchases are governed by the applicable store's refund rules. Refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, shared, or unverifiable direct purchases may lose Web/PWA access.

State planning profiles

The current Web/PWA and Google Play Android release use manual state selection for gas-price and cost-of-living planning profiles. The app does not require device GPS/precise-location access for this feature. Planning profiles and estimates are informational and may be changed or overridden by the user.

Affiliate resources

Clearly labeled affiliate links may generate a commission for Nored Ventures at no additional cost to the user. Third-party products are independent, governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and are not guaranteed or professional advice.

No professional advice

No-Red Budget: Money Planner is not financial, tax, legal, accounting, lending, credit-repair, debt-settlement, insurance, or investment advice. Calculations, imports, categories, estimates, and planning outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by the user.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not bypass access controls, share paid access contrary to the applicable purchase terms, introduce malicious code, violate law, infringe rights, or misrepresent the app as a regulated professional service. Nored Ventures retains rights in its original code, branding, graphics, text, and product design, subject to identified third-party licenses.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as-is and as-available. Nored Ventures does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or file, error-free results, or suitability for every use case. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
