By using No-Red Budget App, you agree to use it as a personal budgeting and planning tool and to verify all information before making financial decisions.
Local-first budgeting app
No-Red Budget App stores budget data locally on the user's device/browser in the current version. It does not require bank login, cloud budget sync, or a No-Red budget account. The user is responsible for protecting their device and exported backup files.
Paid Web/PWA access
Web/PWA access may be sold as a one-time purchase through Stripe or another payment processor. Payment processors handle payment collection, card details, receipts, taxes, billing details, and fraud checks according to their own terms and policies. Nored Ventures does not collect or store full card numbers.
Purchasing Web/PWA access does not create a No-Red budget account and does not give Nored Ventures access to the user's local budget entries. Access may be provided through a license code, access instruction, payment confirmation, or other verification method.
License/access code limits
Access codes, purchase links, and license instructions are for the purchaser's use and should not be shared publicly. Nored Ventures may replace, cancel, or refuse access codes that appear abused, resold, fraudulently obtained, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.
Refunds and digital access
Refund availability may depend on the payment processor, app store, product page, purchase method, and applicable law. If a purchase was made through Stripe or the Nored Ventures website, contact Nored Ventures support with the purchase email and transaction details. If purchased through Google Play, Apple, or another app store, refund requests may need to be handled through that store's policies and tools.
No professional advice
No-Red Budget App does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, lending, credit-repair, debt-settlement, insurance, investment, or other professional advice. Budgets, categories, savings targets, gas estimates, cost-of-living estimates, yearly projections, and reminders are informational planning estimates based on user-provided data and app logic.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded files, imported rows, manual entries, categories, notes, selected months, future planning entries, backup files, and financial decisions. Review all results before relying on them.
Import and calculation limits
The app attempts to read common file formats and estimate categories, but file layouts, bank exports, payroll exports, bill lists, and user-entered data can vary. The app may misread, omit, duplicate, or miscategorize information. Users should confirm each imported or generated item.
Local storage and data loss
Because data is stored locally, clearing browser/app storage, using private browsing, uninstalling the app, replacing the device, device damage, operating-system changes, browser changes, or storage limits may delete data. Export backups regularly.
Backups, downloads, and reset
Users may download created budgets, CSV files, and backups from the app. The Reset app data control clears locally stored app data on the current device after confirmation. No-Red Budget App cannot recover data after a reset unless the user has separately exported and saved a backup.
No guarantees
No-Red Budget App is provided as-is and as-available. Nored Ventures does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file or device, or suitable for every financial situation.
No emergency or critical-use reliance
Do not rely on No-Red Budget App as the only record of important financial obligations, payment deadlines, tax information, debt balances, or emergency funds. Keep independent records and consult qualified professionals when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate laws, upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to reverse engineer store builds where prohibited, share paid access publicly, or misrepresent the app as a bank, lender, accountant, tax preparer, debt negotiator, or financial advisor.
Changes
Nored Ventures may update the app, these Terms, or related policies. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by applicable law.
